Was it correct to drop Zaheer Khan and Yuvraj Singh?

After India's disastrous performance in the second and the third test of the Airtel test series against England where they lost to help England lead series 2-1 a few of the most senior players in the Indian Cricket Team Yuvraj Singh,Harbhajan Singh and Zaheer Khan have been dropped ahead of the final fourth test in Nagpur.Piyush Chawla,Ashok Dinda and Ravindra Jadeja have been selected.I am happy to see Jadeja back in the team he has performed very well but for some reason was axed. After scoring three triple centuries in first class cricket he deserves a spot and will hopefully live up to his reputation as an all rounder for the Indian Cricket team for days to come.Dropping senior players looks like a very strong decision but i don't think its wrong in anyway because atleast the new players who get a chance can show what they have to offer.Indian team has been known for their strength in batting but weak bowling. With one of the most populated countries having a weak bowling is a little bit of a disappointment. My gut feeling says that we will get a good couple of bowlers soon who will be world class and dependable. Once the void is filled in then there wont be any looking back for India. They do have quality spinners but at times there is very little they can do.However if there are good fast or medium pace bowlers who can bowl a threatening line and length it will be a different ball game as the spinners will also be able to contribute as they will be confident enough.Having the responsibility only on one bowler does not do any good.I am in one way happy with the announcement even though it would have been nice if Yuvraj and Harbhajan were not because that gives two more youngsters a chance.Yuvraj and Harbhajan Singh have been and will be legends and formidable there is no doubt about that. They will bounce back soon.Just a bit worried about Zaheer Khan and im not sure why Irfan Pathan has not been selected.Maybe he has an injury or timeoff i dont know but he is the current inform senior bowler in the recent past who has really troubled the batsman and broken through their defense.I really hope Virat Kohli is back to scoring runs as that's where he belongs i had huge expectations from him in these tests but at times is showed that Indian Team are better off with one day matches than tests.Rohit Sharma has also been reselcted for t20 as he is a good player but selecting him for one dayers might be a gamble to me he has just lost midway and at times his wicket increases the pressure on the team.At the end of the day the Indian fans are happy if the team wins and performs well and have also to an extent accepted the fact that they play the best on home ground.Seeing that fading away breaks a lot of fans hearts so hopefully we are in for some payback in the field from the Indian Cricket Team for the fourth test match.Below is the squad announced for the T20 and one day international.
